Biography
Nicole came to Appleton Corporation with a combined twelve years of experience in marketing and property management, having held positions in both the senior living industry and an 825,000-square-foot shopping center. In 2019 it was Appleton’s focus on principles and commitment to ethical practices that first attracted Nicole to the role of Commercial Property Manager for one of their largest accounts. In her dual role, Nicole works from the Downtown Springfield building she manages. In addition to managing an intermodal transportation hub for one of Appleton’s municipal customers, she is responsible for branding and digital marketing and supports Appleton Corporation’s senior leadership with business development. Nicole served as a SHINE counselor, completed Western New England University’s Leadership Institute in 2014, was a member of Leadership Pioneer Valley’s class of 2022, and sat on the Dress for Success Western MA’s Board of Directors while chairing their Marketing Committee for 3 years. Part of a close-knit family and proud mother of two, Nicole’s greatest joy is time spent amidst the chaos and cacophony of the people she loves.
