Our Team

Maria has been with Appleton Corporation since 2008. In her current role as Regional Property Manager, she is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations at ten residential properties. Her properties consistently earn superior scores on HUD’s Management and Occupancy Reviews.

Maria earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a management Concentration, from Western New England University. 

Maria is Appleton’s eternal optimist and believes that when you provide people with opportunity, they will rise to the challenge and reveal their potential. In keeping with this philosophy, in her downtime, you can find Maria encouraging life from the soil, outside in her garden.
