Our Team

Ellen Albano joined Appleton Corporation in 2009 following more than two decades of serving as the Assistant General Manager for a landmark shopping center in Western MA. In her years at Appleton, there isn’t a building, system, or fellow employee who hasn’t benefited from her experience and thoughtful guidance.

In Ellen’s role as Regional Property Manager, she manages multiple commercial sites including the Municipal Police Training Academy, the Amazon “last mile” warehouse, The O’Connell Companies headquarters, and the Cedar Crossing retail and restaurant development site in South Windsor, CT.

Having completed the Metro-North Railroad Contractor Safety Training course, Ellen provides oversight to Appleton’s 15 rail station facility management operations throughout Southern Connecticut.

Now that Ellen’s 2 lovely daughters have grown up and flown the nest, she is free to focus on her unofficial position of Chief Party Planner at Appleton, for which her team members are endlessly grateful.
