With her entire professional career focused on Property & Asset Management, Robin joined Appleton Corporation in 2011. As Vice President, she oversees the day-to-day operations of Appleton’s multi-family residential portfolio, including annual budgeting, financial planning, and program compliance.

Robin is an Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager, a Certified Occupancy Specialist and is Tax Credit certified.

Robin’s ability to connect with others is the key element of her leadership. Her influence goes beyond just the work itself – it’s her impact on people that makes her stand out. Robin fosters strong relationships with owners, investors, and vendors. Her intuitive understanding of her coworkers makes her a trusted mentor and is critical to our business.
