Our Team

Having enjoyed successful tenures at two different housing authorities, Marilyn joined Appleton Corporation in 2007.  Her responsibilities include oversight of eleven residential properties in the Appleton portfolio. 

Marilyn is an Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and is Tax Credit Certified. In 2012 she was the recipient of Appleton’s Mary Ann J. Choquette Award, in recognition of her exceptional commitment to quality service.

An ordained minister and retired Associate Pastor, Marilyn is a natural when it comes to mentoring and coaching people. She delights in witnessing others reach their goals. She is the first person her teammates, in any department, go to when celebrating their successes.

Marilyn prefers to unwind in the comfort of her home, watching television and reading.
