Our Team

Jennifer Murphy has been with Appleton Corporation since 2015. In addition to hands-on management of a 330,000-square-foot mixed-use business park with over 40 tenants, she oversees capital expenditures for multiple other commercial and residential properties.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Merrimack College. From 2010 to 2015, she served as the Assistant Secretary of Gateway Cities for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development under the Patrick-Murray Administration, where she honed the skills necessary to handle Government Relations for the O’Connell Companies. She is a member of the Worcester Regional Research Bureau Board of Directors and the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Steering Committee.

Jennifer is a dedicated and experienced professional with a proven track record of success. She is passionate about her work and committed to providing exceptional service to her clients and her community.

Jennifer makes her home in Wilbraham MA with her husband and two daughters. When not engrossed in a mystery novel, she can often be found walking her dog, Scout.
