Biography
Jeff joined Appleton Corporation in 2007 as a Maintenance Supervisor and was promoted to his current position in 2022. He is a key technical advisor to all Appleton staff, providing expert guidance on every aspect of facilities management, including major capital improvements and service contracts. Jeff’s innate optimism makes him a natural leader, resulting in his residential maintenance team maintaining a portfolio-wide average score of 93 on HUD REAC/NSPIRE inspections. Jeff’s many contributions to Appleton’s commercial/government portfolio include collaboration on a state-of-the-art Life Sciences building and redeveloping and leasing up a 160-square-foot laboratory facility. Jeff has a Boston University Metropolitan College Certificate in Facilities Management. He is a National Center of Housing Management (NCHM) Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) and a US Green Building Council LEED Green Associate. Jeff’s passion for the outdoors, competitive nature, and dedication to family are never more evident than when he is out on the field, coaching youth baseball.
